So noisy today ...and such irritating music, but there's no song richer than the suffering which lies deep in a man's soul.

And a belated congratulations to the new warden. You've officially earned the ire of every citizen, but mostly those who despise this rotten place. Perhaps a victory celebration is in order?

I think fireworks would be appropriate.

[Laughter followed by renewed shamisen-playing]

Imagine what that noise could hide. With eyes blinded by the lights, it wouldn't be too difficult to conceal a few explosions.
